At Beatbot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Sora 10 Robotic Pool Cleaner; if it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the device is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Thoroughly dry the Sora 10 unit, clear any debris from the filter basket, and pack it securely in the original box along with the charging station and manual.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
